The Westown Capacity Reinforcement , Phase 2 project, is a continuation of a large scale upgrade in Quality of Supply, in New Plymouth, to improve supply in the southern New Plymouth area. Phase 2 focuses on an approximate 2000 metre extension of the new DN100 MP PE along Frankley Road and Brois Street to tie into the local DN100 PE MP network at the Glenpark Ave intersection.
